Lifestyle Survey & Report

We recommend that before starting the programme, schools should conduct the lifestyle survey. Once the survey is complete RedBranch will send you a report based on the results. You can see a sample report here (PDF format, 73 KB). This allows for targeted interventions based on the specific needs of your school. The survey should be repeated on an annual basis to measure the success of the programme. If you would like us to administer the survey please email us.

School Lifestyle Policy

Access the RedBranch School Lifestyle Policy template (PDF, 88KB).

Schools are free to adjust the basic template to suit their own circumstances. We usually help schools with this process based on the results of the school lifestyle audit.

Please let us know if you use the policy by mailing us.
