School Run Fruit Break

1. Decide to set up a school fruit break 

2. Incorporate this into your school food policy (RedBranch provide a range of resources that help with school policy)

3. Appoint a fruit-break co-ordinator

4. Set objectives, for example:

Children should have access to a range of fruit

5. Issues to address

Agree products and sourcing

Decide on organic or non-organic fruit

Negotiate delivery

Negotiate price

Inform and involve parents/pupils
